To do it or not to do it...
Ron's eyes squinted as the afternoon rays, filtered through the blinds in his room. He groaned and turned over to look at the clock on his bedside table. The hands read 2:30. He sighed and rolled onto his back again, closing his eyes. He was aching all over and in three hours he had practice. He heard the sound of nails against his wooden floor and knew Mocha was making her way toward him. Sure enough, the chocolate lab poked her head from the end of the bed and lay her head on the covers. All the while looking at him with an almost sad look.

"I know girl. Your hungry." he said. He threw his covers off and planted his feet on the floor. He groaned again as he pushed his lanky body up and stretched. He scratched his bare chest and padded his way toward the kitchen. Quidditch had toned his body well and no matter how hard he tried, no matter how much he ate, he would always maintain his scawny physique. He grabbed the bag of dog food and poured it into one of her bowls. She nearly pushed him out of the way as she stuck her nose in and began gulfing it down. He poured water in the remaining bowl and set it down next to her. He patted her side and then made his way back to his bedroom.

He went into his bathroom and did his morning ritual of brushing his teeth. As he observed himself in the mirror, he saw that the back of his hair was standing straight up. He sighed, as the foam began to form along his mouth and tried to flatten it with one hand. He spat out and and rinsed. He finally managed to keep it down and washed his face. His mind began to wander and he soon caught himself thinking of his encounter earlier in the week with...Luna. He didn't know why exactly but since their lunch the other day, he had been thinking of her more and more frequently. He couldn't help it. He had come to see that she was very attractive indeed.

A thought then crossed his mind. Perhaps he should....naw. She would never agree to it. He was her roomate's brother. She probably thought nothing of him but merely a brotherly bond. But another part of his mind kept saying what if...He heard a tapping on his window and he saw Pig, despite the years, he was still as hyperactive as ever. He opened up the window and Pig zoomed in, dropping a letter on his bed. From the coach. As usual. He then eyed pig one more time. Ah to hell with it. He was going to do it. He was going to owl Luna and ask if perhaps, she would like to have dinner with him the following night. He felt his chest rise with confidence and he grinned. He quickly made his way to get some parchment and a quill.
