Owls to Greg Goyle and River Montgomery  


Val,

Excellent news today. I was asked to plan the Halloween party for the Village of Hogsmeade. I know it's your birthday, but I was hoping you would be able to escort our new personal assistant and I to the festivities. She's rather pretty and I remember her having quite the crush on you back in the day... You'll have to explain to me how we both ended up with the same PA - not that I mind, it will give me more excuses to be with one of my most favourite people. You can come over to the Park for some of your business meetings -just so River doesn't have to Apparate all over kingdom come.

And Blaise owled today, I wasn't sure if you'd gone to see him yet or not. I'm sure he'd want to know you were home. Think about it, okay?

It's official. I've been asked to plan the Hogsmeade Halloween Festival. I'm going to need LOTS of help. I'll owl you with more information as I get it. Otherwise, I'll see you on Friday.

I can owl Blaise. In fact, I'll do it right now so you don't worry over it. As for River, I didn't realize she was working for the both of us. Oh well, we'll work it out. As for your matchmaking, you can stop. I...ah...hell...Maeve, just please don't. I need time, okay? I may take you up on the offer of the Park, no sense in making River's life difficult. I've got to run. You will let me know if you need me?

I'm glad your impressed. I've already started compiling a long list of fun things for you to do to help organize... though it won't all be work, I fully expect you in costume and attending with me that night. I'll make Greg escort us.
