Michael,

Consider this a check-up owl from your healer. Are you feeling better? Did you get rest? Re-hydrate yourself like I told you to?

If the answers to any of the above questions are 'no,' then your friend Ginny is coming to beat you senseless while your healer Ginny is shaking her head in disappointment.

Gin,

Thanks for checking up on me. I'm feeling much better. I drank a lake's worth of water and rested enough; I almost feel like my old self. So keep your wand where it is, I followed your instructions to the letter. I'm on the mend and not taking candy (or biscuits or love potions) from strangers or anyone else for that matter.

I want to take you to dinner when I get caught up from the madness at work- let me know when you're free.

Good on you. Candy should never be taken from strangers in the first place, I always say. Well, Mum always said, anyway.

I should be free Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night next week. I promise no talk of your work if we go out. Did you ever think that maybe you got sick because you're working too hard? Stress is really hard on your body...
